Common Questions

How do I cancel my subscription?

Open Settings on your iPhone, tap your name at the top, then Subscriptions. Find Lenzo and tap Cancel Subscription.

Why isn't the camera recognising objects?

Make sure you have good lighting and a clear view of the object. Lenzo works best with everyday objects like food, furniture, and household items. Ensure camera permissions are enabled in your device settings.

Can I use Lenzo offline?

Reviewing your saved vocabulary works offline. The camera scanning feature requires an internet connection for object recognition.

How do I change my learning language?

Go to your Profile tab in the app, then tap on your current language to switch to any of our 8 supported languages.

What happens to my words if I switch languages?

Your vocabulary is saved per language. When you switch back, all your previous words and progress will still be there.
