Lenzo is a language learning application that uses camera-based object recognition to teach vocabulary. The service includes free and premium subscription tiers.

3. Subscriptions & Payments

Premium features are available through auto-renewing subscriptions managed via the Apple App Store. Prices may vary by region. You can cancel your subscription at any time through your Apple ID settings. Refunds are handled by Apple according to their refund policy.

4. Free Trial

New users may be eligible for a free trial period. If you do not cancel before the trial ends, your subscription will automatically begin and you will be charged.

5. User Conduct

You agree to use Lenzo only for its intended purpose of language learning. You may not reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the application.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, designs, and technology in Lenzo are the intellectual property of Lenzo and its licensors. Your vocabulary cards and photos remain your property.

7. Disclaimer

Lenzo is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that object recognition or pronunciation scoring will be perfectly accurate in all cases.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Lenzo shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
